I. Types of Information We Collect
We may collect personal information you provide to us, location‑based information and website access data as described below:
(1) Personal Information You Provide to Us
- Device SN Information
Device Identification & Management: The SN number is the unique identifier of your device. We collect it to identify the device you are using so we can quickly locate the specific device and deliver efficient technical support and troubleshooting when you encounter device‑related issues such as software failures and compatibility problems.
Security Assurance: Using the device serial number, we can detect security risks such as abnormal login and malicious attacks, take timely measures to protect your account and personal information, and prevent unauthorized use of your device for illegal activities.
Service Optimization: We analyze device usage and APP performance across different devices to optimize the APP and enhance user experience, including function adaptation and performance tuning for specific device models.
- Collection Method: When you install and launch our APP on your device, the APP will automatically obtain the device SN through legitimate system interfaces after you grant the required permission. We will not collect this information through illegal means or without your authorization.
- Collection Scope: We only collect the SN number of the device you are using. We will not collect serial numbers of other devices, nor will we associate the collected SN with your other sensitive personal information (such as name, ID number, bank card number) unless we obtain your explicit consent.
- Android ID
SDK Name: Jiguang Secure Authentication SDK
Purpose: Provide Jiguang one‑click login to deliver convenient, secure and stable login experience.
Operator: Shenzhen Heguang Huagu Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Types of Personal Information Collected: Device identifiers (e.g. IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, varying by operating system), device hardware information (device model, screen resolution, hardware manufacturer), operating system information (OS version, OS name, system language), network information (network type, SSID, BSSID, etc.)
Privacy Policy Link: https://www.jiguang.cn/license/privacy
- User Nickname
Purpose: Identify you within the APP and display your identity to other users.
Collection Method: Provided and synchronized by you manually inside the APP.
Collection Scope: Only the nickname you set yourself.
- Avatar
Purpose: Display your personal profile picture within the APP.
Collection Method: Uploaded and synchronized by you inside the APP.
Collection Scope: Only the avatar image you upload.
- Chat Data
Purpose: Deliver precise and personalized learning support and services and optimize user experience; used to generate exclusive reports, improve AI‑robot interaction and optimize learning service adaptability. Behavioral metrics extracted from chat interactions including interaction rounds, chat topics and active‑initiation ratio are used to generate "Interaction Reports". Reports only show AI‑summarized topic names and interaction rounds; original conversation content is not displayed.
Collection Method: Automatically collected during your conversations with physical AI robots. Dialogue data including text and speech‑to‑text content is recorded in real‑time without manual submission from you.
Collection Scope: Only learning‑related necessary information including core dialogue content (learning knowledge, skill practice, Q&A records), learning‑related feedback (understanding level, points of confusion, satisfaction), basic chat operational data (chat initiation time, interaction duration). We do not collect sensitive personal information, off‑topic casual chat content, private‑life topics or other irrelevant data. For interaction reports, only behavioral features (interaction rounds, topic classification, active‑initiation ratio) are extracted; raw dialogue text is not retained.
- Sentiment Classification Data
Purpose: During your AI‑robot chat sessions, each interaction content is sentiment‑classified (Positive / Negative / Neutral) to generate the "Mood Distribution" within the Interaction Report. Only sentiment category labels (e.g. "Happy", "Excited", "Calm") are output. Original dialogue content is neither saved nor replayed.
Collection Method: Automatically collected. Sentiment classification engine processes chat content in real‑time and outputs sentiment labels instantly. Raw content is discarded immediately after processing; only classification label results are kept.
Collection Scope: Only sentiment classification label results including emotion categories (9 Positive: Happy, Excited, Satisfied, Joyful, Cheerful, Grateful, Appreciative, Proud, Optimistic; 12 Negative: Angry, Sad, Fearful, Disgusted, Disappointed, Frustrated, Anxious, Irritated, Annoyed, Confused, Exhausted, Upset; 1 Neutral: Calm) plus occurrence counts and proportions. Raw dialogue text, voice recordings and any personally identifiable information will never be collected, stored or replayed.
Interaction Growth Report: Data Collection & Usage Statement
The "Interaction Report" is a visual growth report dynamically generated by AI large‑model based on chat interactions with AI robots. For your privacy protection, we state the following:
1. Data Minimization Principle
- Reports only display topic names and statistical numbers (e.g. "5 chat rounds", "Topic: Animals"). No original dialogue content or raw chat text is shown.
- Topic names are generated by the AI large‑model (2 Chinese characters or one English word, child‑friendly and concrete). Once generated, topic names are fixed permanently and no synonym substitution is allowed.
- Sentiment classification outputs only emotion category labels and proportions. Original chat content is never stored or replayed.
- Reports contain no precise geolocation and no personally identifiable information of any kind.
2. Data Security and Retention
- Interaction behavioral metrics (topics, rounds, duration, sentiment labels, etc.) are encrypted and stored on servers located within mainland China; data transmission uses SSL encryption.
- Raw interaction content (original chat text) exists only temporarily in memory for real‑time processing. It is discarded immediately after behavioral features are extracted and will not be persisted to disk for long‑term storage or report generation.
- Report‑related data is retained for 90 days. Historical data older than 90 days will be anonymized or automatically deleted.
- Upon account cancellation, all Interaction Report data will be deleted immediately.
3. Scope of Data Usage
- Interaction behavioral metrics are used solely for generating Interaction Reports and will not be used for ad delivery, commercial recommendations or other unauthorized purposes.
- Interaction Report data will not be shared with any third‑parties (including advertisers, data analytics firms or other applications), except when required by law or competent regulatory authorities.
